As your teacher, I am not just about teaching you steps to counts so that you can move in perfect unison with another partner on the dance floor - although I do that well- and better than most, in many cases- I created Salsa Formula™ with more than that in mind. At it’s core, I created it because I believe that people with the PASSION FOR DANCE can change the world for the better! 
I have worked with clients like you who have in small ways and huge ways, brought happiness to this world through dance and changed the world for the better.

This world is a completely different place than it was two decades ago. It's a complicated, noisy and often a messy place. When my videos sold around the world in the 90's and I travelled across the globe teaching and performing Salsa, we were a different company back then. Believe me, my teaching method, my clarity and my strategy of getting students to master Salsa has evolved to a completely different level.

For the past 10 years, I have PROVEN how this NEW SALSA FORMULA™ allows leaders to master this dance in a fraction of the time of conventional old-school methods. Ladies are also understanding the breakdown and category of every Salsa pattern so that they can follow any lead.

Throughout this time, my core values have remained the same- I am very moved by those dancers who’s lives I have seen transform and who have transformed others through dance. 

Salsa Formula™ honors those dancers- some living, some not, because in every dance, as our smiles light up our faces and we close our eyes to feel the passion of that moment, we are collectively feeling that dance within our heart. "Passion Moves Us”.. it is the “Ecstasy of Life."
