I’m totally new to Circling, can I join?

Yes! Along with covering more advanced topics like facilitation and leadership, we also cover the Circling basics in our course. Our content & live classes will give you what you need to have a deep understanding of what Circling is and how to do it well.

What is Circling?

Circling is an organic, in-the-moment interpersonal process that’s equal parts art form, meditation, & group conversation.

Is there any time commitment for enrolling?

No, our platform is self-paced. This means there is absolutely no time commitment. You can browse the available resources at your own pace and attend as many or as few live classes as fits in your schedule. You can also cancel your subscription at any time.

How long will it take me to complete the course?

This depends on a number of factors including how much time you can commit to reviewing the educational content and how often you attend classes. We’ve had students be members on the platform for years, as it’s valuable to review the content as you mature as a Circler and facilitator. Our video library contains over 7 hrs of video content in addition to quizzes, articles and notes. We also offer between 8-18 hours of live class options weekly.

Will I have communication with fellow classmates?

Yes! We have a private Facebook group for connection as well as our Peer Circling Program, both of which are designed to help bring our students together for connection as a part of the learning experience. You’ll also have a lot of chances to connect with your classmates through the numerous facilitated events we offer each week.

Where do the live classes take place?

Online in our private Zoom Room. Zoom offers a free app for smartphones and computers or join right from your browser.

Do I have to join the live classes?

Live classes are optional, though attending them would be required if you’re interested in advancing to the higher levels of our course.

Do I have to want-to-be a facilitator to join?

No, whether you are aspiring to lead Circles or just hone your skills as a Circling participant, you are welcome to join.

Can I become a facilitator after completing this program?

Yes! When you reach Level 3 of our course, you are invited to start leading beginner classes on our platform. We also offer a trainer-in-training program to a select number of Level 3 students which includes mentorship and the ability to facilitate more advanced classes.

Will I become certified by The Connection Institute if I complete this course?

At this time, certification is only available through our in-person trainings.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time.

Do I have to be a facilitator to join?

No! Our community is filled with facilitators, beginners and experienced Circlers alike. Our platform is a wonderful place to learn and grow as a Circler (and facilitator if that’s the path you’re interested in pursuing).

Can I give the platform a try for free?

Yes! We currently offer a free trial which will give you access to our Circling Basics Review and our live Level 1 classes.
